2. Nothing on this site is a contract or a binding quote
The prices, ranges and timelines shown on this website are illustrative and are provided to help you decide whether to contact us. They are not offers, quotes or guarantees.
Every garage is different. The condition of your concrete, the size of the space, access, existing coatings, moisture conditions and what you want done all change the price and the schedule. A binding price comes only from a written proposal for your specific project, signed by both of us.
New Jersey requires a written contract for any home improvement work over $500, and you have three days to cancel after receiving a copy of it. Nothing on this page limits that right.
3. Warranties
We provide a written warranty with completed work. That written warranty is the only warranty we give. Descriptions of our warranty on this website are summaries for information, and if anything here conflicts with your written warranty, the written warranty controls.
Concrete moves. We repair and prepare concrete so that it can properly receive the system we install, and our warranty covers the system and our workmanship. It does not cover movement of the underlying slab, structural conditions, or damage caused by misuse, alteration or conditions outside the scope of the work.
4. Photographs, reviews and content
Photographs on this site are of work we performed, published with the property owner's consent, and are not stock imagery or renderings unless labelled otherwise. Before-and-after pairs are photographed from the same camera position and are not digitally altered to change the result.
Customer reviews and quotes on this site are genuine and unpaid. We do not offer anything in exchange for a review and we do not edit reviews except to shorten them, which never changes their meaning.
All text, images, layout and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without written permission. You are welcome to link to us.
5. Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at volume, introduce malicious code, or submit false information through our forms.
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that the phone number you give us is yours to give.

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
