  • Levitt built most of this township to a handful of plans.Willingboro went up as Levittown between the late fifties and the early seventies, and the houses repeat. That works in your favour. Once we've done one garage in your park, we know the slab, the size and the access in the next one before we pull up.
  • Sixty-year-old concrete with nothing under it.Slabs from that era went down before vapor barriers were standard. Moisture working up through the concrete is the most common reason a coating lifts off a Willingboro floor, which is why ours goes into every floor as standard rather than as an upgrade.
